So sad that he will not be defendinf his gold at 100m free against Popovici
Did she end up qualifying for the Olympics!?
Nice to see him succeed. He is such a talent that needs to be seen at the Olympic stage. I wish I had that kind of magic when I grew up swimming. Good luck!
Looks like Audrey Derivaux made a final!

Dressel and Armstrong will have other races...how can you leave off Ryan - 47.82!
Texas Legend. One of the greatest coaches ever...in any sport.
great guy! Hope he makes the team!
Nooooooo @ "last Olympics" 😔but I understand. Love Lilly and let's get GOLD for this amazing last run!

Bring the swim trials back to omaha
No they were great in Indy and the crowd was much bigger
Whoever used the SpongeBob dolphin edit, thank you
Seems like that’s a man to me. Am I just crazy?
Yes, you’re crazy. She’s a woman. Not all women are feminine. There are plenty of female athletes with muscles and more of a masculine appearance that were born with female genitalia. It’s just now with transphobia at an all time high people are now mistaking cisgender women for trans women and the hate is flowing (not saying you were hating, but I’ve read so many cruel comments) and bigotry abounds.
Yes, you are crazy.
So what! He is not going to have any medals😂
Lmfao hating on a 17 year old who just made the Olympics is wild

EMMA IS SO BACK
🤔 journey, climbing mountains okay
what an absolutely engaging and articulate young lady. wow! how nice to hear her speak. Thoughtful. Now - for sure she is more than one swim and more than swimming and how mature of her to state her path and understanding. BUT she is the Olympic Champion. Hope that she understands that her name is in the record books and in the Olympics she won the gold medal..only one person in the world, on that day received a gold medal for the 100 breaststroke. 8.1 billion people on the planet and SHE got the gold! No one else... and I would never hi jack anyones experiences....but Lydia much, much respect. We look forward to your swimming in the future and when you step on deck we will be cheering for you so loudly ( my partner will have to turn his hearing aids off!) Thank you so much for this interview. respect and congrats and love and hugs.
Faster. Haha. If she were to go faster she’d have to strap an outboard motor on
Love you, all!! Simone, I am a supporter from afar!! Keep it up!!
Awesome job, Gabby!
To be cleared XD for a fake illness.
Kinda awkward to realise that one of these dudes wont be on the evening relay. It's an open secret Carson Foster will be on the relay. My gut feeling is that it will be guiliani, but I have no idea how they will approach that.
Wow!!!! You made us all really proud!! Congrats Coach Gary!!
What really so like 14 years old
17. "Class of '25" means an incoming HS senior.
🤘😎🤘
Would a strong kick actually make you faster in a 1500? May take more energy than it’s worth.

I wonder if she wants to try to go for a world record in Paris?

Looking forward to their 4x100 Free Relay.
If it’s interference then it is at the judges discretion. If it’s a lane change violation, he must be dq’d according to the rules - no judge’s discretion permitted. So which charge is he objecting to - the one on the form, which should not have caused the DQ, or what he actually did but is not on the form, which should have caused the DQ?
2024 Going to Paris! World record! *1
The fact that she parroted Kaylee McKeown with that F- yeah from Tokyo, means that she's thinking of Kayle. Statistically being the world record holder going into the Olympics is the worst place to be for gold. #Facts lots of pressure now and the target is on her back. Plus Kaylee is in the form of her life. She is a competitor. She could bring this WR down to the 56s.
I’m pretty sure this is actually a huge confidence boost for Regan, knowing that she can continue to put up personal best times after 2019. It’s going to be a battle of the titans between Regan and Kaylee in Paris, but I think we should just be excited to watch them race. What happens, happens, but either way it’ll shape up to be one of the greatest, most anticipated races in Paris.
Corrupted drug testing industrial complex taking victims to justify their existence and salaries. Disgusting. Let her go! A four year ban? WTAF!? This is a career ender. Why? The level of personal intrusiveness in regards to random testing is completely unacceptable and stupid.
Two fabulous people. And two amazing competitors. I love these two for winning GOLD in Paris!
Good job Hunter. You're a hero to fight back like that. Great example...
The rule was justified and called but I feel like situations like this where he did not interfere with any swimmer is really unfair
She shows a lot of character here. I didn't know much about her before and now I'm a fan
She is a full, complete and mature person. It takes setbacks to get to that point.
Love that girl! Lilly, you're absolutely fab! Greetings from Poland!
I'm so blown away. This is amazing
There’s absolutely no harm in attempting the 200 Breast. She’s worked hard and her support has worked hard. Doing the 200 breast would help discern if her taper was effective or if her slow turn at the 50 mark for the 100 was the real cause. She was chasing down both Weber and king in the back half and had there been another few strokes she’d be a Paris qualifier. (Bad coaching letting her scratch). Losing a lot of respect if the athlete doesn’t even try
Still very young. Bright future ahead!
She has the heart of a Champion, and she is a Champion. Olympic Gold Medalist, how many people can say that? She has that title for the rest of her life.
The US needs Lydia in the future, so I hope this will push her to train harder and set new goals in the sport!
Fantastic job.
